The Falcon
Darkness filled the earth
not a light in the sky
except the shine
in the falcon's eye
It had no fear
it's strength was great
It was full of love
and freed from hate
It has a life of Peace
and is free
It expects no danger
or misery
But man is selfish
and wants to kill
to mend his pride
and be richer still
He takes and takes
and never gains
He thinks it takes
away the pain
to kill the beauty
who gives the light
For in his eyes
life shines too bright
