LOVE

Love is a feeling, so easily hurt

sometimes you feel like laughing

sometimes you feel like dirt

Love is like a scrapped knee

so easily scarred

but it can heal the deepest wounds

when it becomes unbarred

Love is like a shinning sea

full of smiles between you and me

it reminds me of the sun

shining in the sky

or the warmth I feel inside

when I look into your eyes.

Love is like a seesaw

it has its ups and downs

but at the times you're at the top

you're happiness has no bounds

You can love through the good times

and even through the bad

You can cry through the happy times

and even through the sad

But through it all - if you're still good friends

you'll know the love between you

will never end.
